Gather in a small group to examine negative self-talk, conflict resolution, setting personal boundaries, and learning to trust your inner voice. Class will meet 10 weeks, an hour each week; payment is made the day of a class, so you only pay for classes you attend; cost is $20 per session. Louise Stone, B.S., M.A. in Psychology and Counseling, leads participants through a gentle process of self-discovery and acceptance. A Course in Miracles
This course follows the book published by the "Foundation for Peace," and includes reading passages and discussing relevant life issues and experiences.
